Martin is the Principal of MKII Consulting Pty Ltd and a Tenement Consultant and has worked under Chris Clegg in his previous Statewide Tenement and Advisory Services Pty Ltd. Martin has a strong regulatory capability in the mining legislation and has consulted to another third-party tenement management group where he operated primarily in the areas of statutory compliance and ground acquisition.

Chris has previously owned and run a tenement consultancy, Statewide Tenement and Advisory Services, and has close to 40 years experience in the regulatory and compliance regime in Western Australia. During his career Chris has serviced hundreds of mineral resources companies ranging from BHP Billiton, Hancock Prospecting, Atlas Iron and the Creasy Group, as well as medium sized and smaller junior resource companies and prospectors.

Kirstyn Harney          .

Tenement Consultant LLB, BA

Kirstyn has a background in mining tenement management, with a particular focus on drafting of legal agreements and settlement and resolution of land access, native title and heritage matters. Kirstyn provides clients with representation in the Perth and regional Warden's Courts and before the National Native Title Tribunal.

Corrina Wiedemann

Administration Manager

Corrina spent the last 9 years working alongside Chris Clegg at Statewide Tenement & Advisory Services where she worked on a broad range of all aspects of tenement management, native title and administrative output. At MK-II she is directed towards our business management and administration whilst still maintaining a support role in tenement management. Corrina has strong organisational skills from her background as a Producer in the Advertising and Film & Television industries.
