Our team has wide experience in all aspects of mining tenement management and ensure we are up to date on legislative changes that can affect all mining titles.

Martin is the Principal of MKII Consulting Pty Ltd and the Senior Tenement Consultant. Martin has 17 years of experience in mining tenement consulting having worked under Chris Clegg in his previous Statewide Tenement and Advisory Services, and has been operating MKII Consulting for over 10 years. Martin manages the day-to-day operations of the company and has a strong regulatory capability in mining legislation and manages the team in statutory compliance, ground acquisition and strategic and legislative advice. Martin has strong mining background in exploration drilling together with finance and investment experience in Western Australian and international banking groups.

Chris is a Senior Advisor and Tenement Consultant in MKII Consulting and has previously owned and run the renowed  mining tenement management consultancy  "Statewide Tenement and Advisory Services" - and has close to 40 years experience in the regulatory and compliance regime in Western Australia. During his career Chris has serviced hundreds of mineral resources companies ranging from BHP Billiton, Hancock Prospecting, Atlas Iron and the Creasy Group, as well as medium sized and smaller junior resource companies and prospectors.

Katiara is a Tenement Consultant in the MKII team and is responsible for regulatory compliance and statutory lodgments as well as client noticifcation and co-ordination. With a degree in Business Administration, Katiara joined MKII Consulting in 2021 and has quickly qualified in this key role to liaise with and assist clients in day-to-day statutory lodgments and co-ordination of all forward actions.

Katiara maintains MKII’s client tenement database and tenement file system and and oversees client compliance within the legislative framework.

Corrina is the Account Administration Manager for MKII Consulting and has previously spent 9 years working alongside Chris Clegg at Statewide Tenement & Advisory Services where she worked on a broad range of all aspects of mining tenement services, native title and administrative output. At MKII Corrina is directed towards our business management and administration and maintains supevisory and support role in mining tenement management. Corrina has strong organisational skills from her background as a Producer in the Advertising and Film & Television industries.
